On Wednesday, May 3, 2006, the Nutrilite Health Institute officially opened the doors of the more than $10 million Center for Optimal Health (COH). This celebration marked an official milestone for the company as it further enhances awareness of the Nutrilite Health Institute and the Amway and Quixtar business opportunities. The event was attended by the Nutrilite Health Institute Scientific Advisory Board, Founders' Council members, corporate executives, and government officials. Distinquished keynote speakers included Rich DeVos, Doug DeVos, Steve Van Andel and Dr. Sam Rehnborg.
Guests were invited to tour the COH facility which included: the COH exhibits; the debut of the Perfect Balance film in the state-of-the-art theater; a presentation of the Nutrilite Health Institute Scientific Advisory Board; and an introduction to the new health assessment program. The event concluded with an elegant champagne reception.
